Wheelchair fencer, Stephenie Rodriguez, joins Promotion Commission

Rodriguez – who specialises in sabre and has recently taken-up epee – became the first woman from her country to compete at an international level since 1968 when she made her debut in 2022.

As well as her aspirations for her and a growing number of teammates for the Brisbane 2032 Paralympics – and before – Rodriguez is also keen to make a contribution to building the profile of wheelchair fencing around the world.

The Australian brings a huge amount of knowledge from her professional career in digital marketing, as well as an entrepreneur and influencer.
